​Extended Pedigree 
Our very first retained Country Melody daughter!   Her dam is quickly becoming the cornerstone of our her and is everything we want our does to be. Blossom is stepping up and nicely filling her dams' shoes.  I am so impressed with her femininity, length and smoothness of blending.  River Blossom shows very prominent withers, tightly set elbows and lovely strength of brisket.  She has a long lean neck. nice spring of rib and very soft skin.  I especially love her long length of body.   Blossom in a few areas has outdone ever her Dam.  She has one of the loveliest Fore Udders in our herd and the widest rump!
Her Dam, SGCH Bellafire BP Country Melody 1*M (EEEE 91 @ 2yrs 2m) swept all three rings at the first show of the season as a three-year-old.  She was an impressive sight that day!  She is also so very impressive in the milk bucket, milking 5.6 pounds at 41 days fresh into her second lactation.  
 
Her Sire, Higgs Boson has consistently been passing a very wide rump to his daughters, this has been particularly enjoyable come kidding season. Higgs parents are the famous Drops of Jupiter and Zenith, two animals that many herds can trace their success back to. Higgs is tightly linebred on Zenith and we expect him to pass on her dairyness, correct conformation, and milking ability. Zeniths EEVE 90 LA was earned at 8 years old, where she held a V or E in every single category across the board. This is a doe that showed she can stand the test of time!  The correctness Higgs brings to this pedigree is exciting!​​

  • Her Dam, SGCH Bellafire BP Country Melody 1*M (VVVV 88 @ 2yrs 1m) swept all three rings at the first show of the season as a three-year-old.  She was an impressive sight that day! ​​
